Hard paracervical tumor in a patient with limited systemic sclerosis.

The patient was an 81-year-old woman who had hypertension, dyslipidemia, asthma and limited systemic sclerosis (LSS). Scleroderma was diagnosed 5 years prior due to finger calcinosis, sclerodactylia and positive anticentromere antibodies. She had no Raynaud’s phenomenon or any other clinical data and was not followed by rheumatology.
